Design
The design stage follows our in-depth consultancy service. Once our team has established the requirements of your building, which are verified by an independent fire engineer, we are able to design a complete custom plan for you.
We produce all drawings in-house, which will be further checked by a fire engineer. We can work alongside building control at this stage, also, to ensure the design complies with Homes England funding where applicable.
Our designs are always considerate of the aesthetics you’re looking to achieve as well as fire safety. Where possible, we aim to keep the aesthetics of the building looking similar to the existing structure. However, where this is not feasible, we assist planners with the appearance of the building to ensure expectations are met.
Installation
We utilise a certified and skilful installation team for the efficient installation of our fire-rated products in your building.
As part of the installation process, we can provide an issue of F10, as required, to enable the build and installation process to commence.
Once notified, Oakleigh Contracts are fully prepared to undertake the installation works, with our team certified for the handling of scaffolding, MEWPs, and more.
…And Everything In Between
Oakleigh Contracts provides a full rectification service, meaning consultancy, removal, design and installation are part of our expertise.
